The ACI marina in Palmizana used to be a quiet, pine scented haven where a yacht was safe while folks explored the port of Hvar, just over a mile away by water taxi.  The beach in the next bay was quiet and clean and the Meneghello Restaurant, with Dagma and Romina, was a favorite with everyone....Then came the cabin charter party tour sailing operators.
