Late February yachts gather for The Adelaide to Pt Lincoln Race and the Pt Lincoln Blue Water Classic.

The event provides yachties from all classes with a competitive and enjoyable week of racing in South Australia. Mariner Boating Holidays sources the best yachts available for this race and has now been involved in racing there for the past six years.

True North competed in Adelaide Pt Lincoln Blue Water Classic with a Sydney based crew on board. The competition in 2008 started with winds of up to 40 knots on the start of the Adelaide to Pt Lincoln leg and then settled into enjoyable flat water sailing on Boston Harbour over the next five days.

As Good As It Gets and True North were neck and neck until the last day of racing. Overall winner in the class was Lexus.
