Lay Day. Make a 10 mile shake-down cruise to Murter, an island with two marinas, or choose a protected anchorage. Murter has good shopping and a busy local market.
Race One to Sibenik.Rendezvous for race one over the last 10 miles before the entrance to the Sibenik Kanal. Our group dinner is under the colonnade with the famous cathedral across the square. Group dinner with limited drinks
Lay Day. Explore the narrow streets and squares of historic Sibenik where the cathedral took 100 years to build back in the 15th century. Visit the imposing fort before making the 10 mile trip to Skradin and the Krka Falls.
Race Two to Tribunj. Motor to the entrance of the Sibenik Kanal, then sail race two to Tribunj. Berth in the excellent full service marina. Marina berthing & dinner with limited drinks
Lay Day. There are a number of small islands in the vicinity of Tribunj, including Zlarin, Prvic, Zmajan and Kaprije . Take the time to explore and find a bay on one of the islands.
Race Three to Piskera. Rendezvous on the edge of the Kornati island group for lunch and a swim before the race along the western shore of Kornati Island where 60 metre limestone cliffs make a spectacular backdrop. Marina berthing & dinner with limited drinks
Lay Day. Experience the rugged beauty of the islands of the Kornati national park which offer myriad deserted coves.
Lay Day. Visit the hamlet of Vrulje with two restaurants and a mini market.
Race Four to Dugi Otok. Follow Kornati island north to the passage between Kornati and Dugi Otok. Race to Sali on Dugi Otok. Sali was the home of many Croats who migrated to Port Lincoln in South Australia and began the tuna fishing industry. Mooring at the Town Quay & dinner with limited drinks
Lay Day. Dugi Otok is 40 km long so you might choose to explore by land. Rent a car in Sali and make a tour of the island.
Race Five to Zadar. Rendezvous near the northern end of Otok Ugljan for lunch before racing to Zadar. Moor and explore the old town. Marina berthing & dinner with limited drinks.
Lay Day. Explore the old city of Zadar, once the capital of Dalmatia.
Race Six to Biograd. Visit Kale on Otok Ugljan in the morning then race in the afternoon to Biograd, the terminus for the Kornati Rally. Berth in the marina. This lively town has plenty on offer after dark. Marina berthing.
Disembark and transfer to hotel accommodation in Biograd. Relax and prepare for our final night celebration. Hotel transfer and accommodation twin share with breakfast. Final dinner and prize giving
